How do I count the most frequent items in a list?

Choose the separator that identifies each item, then select count sorting. The result reports each item and its frequency in the parsed list.

Can the frequency report combine uppercase and lowercase items?

Enable case-insensitive counting to combine case variants. Trimming and empty-item removal also affect the counts, so set those options before comparing reports.

What does the percentage beside a list item mean?

It shows that item’s count divided by the total counted items. The percentage describes your supplied list, not search demand or popularity outside it.
