How do I add quotes around every line?

Set opening and closing quote strings, then enable separate-line quoting. The tool places those boundaries around each processed line.

Can I use different opening and closing characters?

Yes. The two controls are independent, so you can use brackets or other wrappers. This is text wrapping, not automatic validation of a programming-language literal.

How does the tool handle existing quotes and empty lines?

Separate options control doubling existing quote marks and quoting empty lines. Choose them according to the format that will receive the output.
