Merge PDF Document Processor combines selected PDF documents in their chosen order. A one-page document followed by a two-page document produces a three-page PDF, with the first document's page first.

The result is one downloadable PDF containing the selected documents' pages in the chosen file order.

  • Combine separate report sections into one document.
  • Put several receipts into a single PDF for a submission.
  • Join a cover sheet with an existing document.

Instructions

  1. Choose the PDF files you want to combine.
  2. Arrange the files in the required order, then select Merge PDFs.
  3. Inspect the merged page order and download the result. Keep the source documents until you finish checking.

Example

Input: first.pdf with 1 Letter page, then second.pdf with 2 A4 pages

Settings: PDF files in the order first.pdf, second.pdf

Result: merged.pdf with 3 pages: the Letter page first, then the 2 A4 pages

The order of the PDF files list sets the page order in merged.pdf.

Limits

  • Merging does not edit the text or provide optical character recognition for scanned pages.
  • Encrypted, damaged, or unusually large files may fail. Browser memory affects the size you can process.
  • Do not rely on merging to preserve digital signatures or every interactive document feature. Check the result before official use.
